Consulate or Relocation Case

For cases that can be processed by a consulate or an Italian municipality in the event of relocation.

Italian Court Case

For cases requiring court processing, such as a 1948 case, if a client cannot secure an appointment with their consulate, or if the next available appointment is over two years away.

Out of State Case — Travel Fee

Your case must be processed in the same region your ancestor was born. If that is outside of Aosta, Peimonte, Lombardia, or Liguria, and the judge denies the request for a virtual court hearing — an additional fee will be added for a lawyer to represent you in that region.

This is a fee charged by the courts of Italy to have a case seen by a judge.

“Contributo Unificato” — Per Applicant Tax

The Contributo Unificato is a mandatory per-applicant fee required when filing Jure Sanguinis cases. The Italian government introduced this fee in January 2025.

Certified translations for court use. If a document exceeds 4 pages there is an additional $50 charge per every 4 additional pages.

Tracing and verifying family lineage or any unknown information required for your citizenship case.

U.S. Document Amendments (OATS)

If name or date of birth discrepancies exist in your documents you may need a One and the Same Person Court Order “OATS” to amend these inconsistencies and increase your likelihood of a successful outcome. We have partnered with U.S. law firms across the country to offer this service.
